Our story

From Japan to the Mediterranean

MAYDO was born from a dream: to create a space where the precision and elegance of Japanese cuisine could merge with the warmth of the Mediterranean. Since our beginnings in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, we have dedicated every day to perfecting this art.

Our team of chefs, trained in Japanese tradition, selects each ingredient with the same care an artisan chooses their tools. The result is a dining experience that honours Japanese roots while embracing the local culture.
